Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through yearprint.com ("the Website"), operated by Yearprint ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell customizable wall calendars printed on heavyweight paper. Each calendar is made to order based on your configuration (theme, holidays, layout, size). Because every product is custom-made, we cannot guarantee exact color reproduction — minor variations between screen and print are inherent to the printing process.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and iDEAL.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & fulfillment

After payment, your calendar is generated and sent to our print partner for production. You will receive status updates via your account page. Typical production and shipping takes 5–10 business days within the EU. Delivery times may vary by destination.

5. Shipping

• We ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, and Czech Republic.
• Shipping costs are included in the product price.
• Calendars are shipped in a protective poster tube to prevent damage.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. However, because our calendars are custom-made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU).

If your order has not yet entered production, you may request cancellation by contacting us at hello@maartenvloon.com.

7. Defects & complaints

If your calendar arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, code, and content on the Website are owned by Yearprint or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your custom calendar configuration remains your own — we do not claim ownership of your personalization choices.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
